CASE → BRAND ROLLOUT SUPPORT

From brand guidelines to usable templates

This example demonstrates how we transform a brand guideline into a ready-to-use template system and organized assets for marketing teams.

STEP 1

BRAND STYLE GUIDE

The brand style guide is the starting point. It defines the rules for colors, typography, iconography, and imagery. The first step is to study it carefully to understand how the brand should be applied.

The brand guide used in this example case is made by Abdulsamad Umar.

STEP 2

DTP PACKAGE

All assets from the brand style guide are extracted, exported in the right formats, and organized into a clear folder structure; including logos, icons, images and illustrations. This allows teams to quickly find and use what they need.

STEP 3

TEMPLATE MAPPING

The brand style guide is translated into practical templates; including social posts, carousels, and presentations. Everything follows the brand system, so marketing teams can start working with it immediately in – for example – Canva.

STEP 4

RESULT

With the brand rollout complete, teams can start working with the templates and DTP package right away, keeping the brand consistent without requiring agency designers to spend hours on production work.
