All illustrations and designs are made by us. The processing and shipping of the products are done by Printful.com.
The t-shirts are Gildan 64000 Unisex Softstyle T-Shirts and the sweaters are 18000 Unisex Heavy Blend Crewneck Sweatshirts.
The printing technique is Direct to Garment (DTG) which uses eco-friendly inks and lets the garment feel soft after printing.
The durability of the print with this technique is long if you keep the care instructions in mind. It takes 2-7 business days to fulfill the order, however we noticed on average it takes 3-4 days before it gets shipped.
The prints are sized 50x70cm (a bit bigger than A2) and are printed on matte, museum-quality, durable and archival paper.
It takes 2-5 business days to fulfill the order and will be send in a kraft tube box with plastic end caps.
Payment is possible through PayPal. All payment transactions will be done on the server of PayPal. After payment you will return to our site again.
All orders are processed and shipped out by Printful.com. There are three shipping options offered in the webshop, so you can choose your own timeframe and shipping costs:
Economy (5-10 business days after fulfillment)
Standard (3-5 business days after fulfillment and with tracking code)
Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment and with tracking code)
Keep in mind though that for no particular reason some postal services keep packages for longer periods of time at their centres. It might take up to 6 weeks within Europe before they transit the package.
We basically ship to all countries.
Make sure you enter your address correctly
Please double check if you have entered the right address before pressing ‘send’. If you have filled out the wrong or an incomplete address, it’s possible your order will not arrive. We don’t take responsibility for this, so make sure you double check it.
Lost, damaged or wrong package
For packages lost in transit, damaged or it simply isn’t what you ordered, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com with the answers to the following questions:
- What is your order number?
- What address did it have to be delivered to? (in case of lost package)
- Did you check with your local post office if they can track the package? (in case of lost package)
In case of a damaged product or a wrong product: please provide us (together with the answers to the above questions) photos of the (damaged) product.
We will then dive into it and get back to you asap.
