All illustrations and designs are made by us and copyright will stay with us. So you are not allowed to reproduce the illustration.
For printing we use an Epson Surecolor SC-p400 printer with Ultrachrome Hi-Gloss 2 Ink of archival quality.
Paper we use is Innova Décor Smooth Art (IFA-24) 210 gsm, which has a natural white slightly textured surface. It’s OBA, acid and lignin free and is of archival quality.
All orders will be packed in a acid-free transparent bag and in a sturdy envelope to prevent folding.
It is possible to pay via Paypal or via Direct Bank Transfer.
Paypal offers payment solutions for pretty much every country in the world. You don’t have to have a Paypal-account and can pay as a guest with your creditcard. All payments will be done on the PayPal server. After that you will return to our site again.
The benefit of paying through Paypal is that the payment will be processed immediately which ensures we can start processing your order right away. By using the Direct Bank Transfer, we will process your order as soon as we have received your payment in our bank account, which sometimes can take a few days.
All orders are processed at least once a week by us. All shipping is done by hand and by ourselved so at this moment we don’t do next day shipping or delivery.
All orders are send through Omniva. The customs service in your country might take a longer period of time to send the package to your place. This is the reason some delivery times may vary. It all boils down to the country you live in.
Keep in mind though that for no particular reason some postal services keep packages for longer periods of time at their centres. It might take up to 6 weeks within Europe before they transit the package.
We basically ship to all countries.
Make sure you enter your address correctly
Please double check if you have entered the right address before pressing ‘send’. If you have filled out the wrong or an incomplete address, it’s possible your order will not arrive. We don’t take responsibility for this, so make sure you double check it.
Lost, damaged or wrong package
For packages lost in transit, damaged or it simply isn’t what you ordered, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com with the answers to the following questions:
- What is your order number?
- What address did it have to be delivered to? (in case of lost package)
- Did you check with your local post office if they can track the package? (in case of lost package)
In case of a damaged product or a wrong product: please provide us (together with the answers to the above questions) photos of the (damaged) product.
We will then dive into it and get back to you asap.
